• Shipping carriers?

We offer FedEx and USPS (for orders under 1lbs) domestically to help guarantee the most cost effective shipping rate for our clients. For our international clients we offer FedEx international services.

 

• Where can I ship to?

Your ship-to address must be the address of the person who will use the products in the order. UltraDentTools.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, we reserve the right to deny any airport or hotel/Motel linked to order fraud.

 

• Who pays for import fees, taxes, etc.?

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, GST and other charges.

 

• What happens if I refuse or abandon my international order?

Ultra Dent Tools cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

 

• What happens if I refuse to pay for the import fees/commercial fees/duties, etc.? 

If the package is sent back we will refund up to the amount that was paid for shipping, if your order was part of a free or reduced cost shipping promotion we will deduct the cost we paid for shipping from your order . 

 

• Shipping to P.O Boxes and FPO/APO addresses? 

UltraDentTools.com does not offer support for P.O Boxes at this time. For APO/FPO orders, estimated time is to the U.S. military drop-off locations. Military delivery time from the drop-off location will vary.

 

• Backordered status? 

The "Backordered" status means the product is not in stock, but we have placed an order with the vendor. We cannot predict the delivery time. Your order and payment will be processed when we receive more product and it has been processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method.
